AI models range from 0.57 GB (Bonsai-4B) to 2.5 GB (Qwen3-4B). You can download only the models you need. Models are downloaded once and work offline forever.
No. Once you download an AI model, everything works completely offline. The only exception is if you choose to use the optional OpenAI integration, which requires internet.
Qwen3-4B is the most capable, ideal for complex questions. LFM2-2.6B offers balanced speed and quality. Bonsai-8B is great for strong reasoning in a compact size. Bonsai-4B is the fastest, perfect for quick summaries.

Go to Settings, select OpenAI as your AI provider, and enter your OpenAI API key. You can get an API key from platform.openai.com. Note: OpenAI usage costs are billed directly by OpenAI.
Deep Thinking mode uses a more thorough reasoning process for complex questions. It takes longer but produces more detailed and accurate answers.
Notes are stored locally on your device. They are included in your iPhone's iCloud or iTunes backup. If you restore your device from a backup, your notes will be restored as well.
